Processing Orders
For all orders, please allow 0-3 working days for our team to locate and prepare your order for pick up or delivery. This is in addition to the delivery period of our carriers.
If an item in your order is no longer available or we identify a significant defect, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Small-Medium Items
For small-medium sized items that can be couriered nationally, please allow 2-4 working days for non-rural and 4-6 working days for rural deliveries.
Large Items
For items too large to be couriered, the delivery of these items is limited to a 45km driving distance from the purchased store. Once the order has been placed and processed, we will contact you to arrange a delivery day/time and ask that someone be present to receive the delivery.
If the delivery address is outside this limit, we will notify you and issue a refund. Exceptions can be made with adjusted pricing. However, this is not commonplace.
Delivery is to ground floor only and unloaded up to 30m from the delivery vehicle. Exceptions may incur additional fees
Items are generally delivered assembled except for desks and tables which generally come disassembled requiring assembly by the customer.
If the delivery has occurred but you change your mind on the product, the delivery fee will not be refundable.
