Change of Mind Policy
Not 100% satisfied with your purchase? Bring it back within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement.
The product must in the original state it was purchased in (even if it was second hand), including any original packaging and receipt.
Delivery fees will not be refunded unless the item was faulty.
Customers will be responsible for returning the items back to us and any costs incurred.
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Consumables
- Stationery and office supplies
- Toiletry and cleaning supplies
- Printer ink or toners
- Tech items
